Yesterday, we completed our science experiment for air resistance. We dropped the 10cm, 20cm and the 30cm parachutes off the ramp in the yard to see which one was the slowest and which one was the fastest. We dropped each one three times to make it fair but sometimes the wind blew it away and we all laughed. At the end, we had a race with each one to see which one went the fastest and which one went the slowest, we found out that the 10cm one went the fastest and the 30cm one went the slowest. This was due to the 10cm having a smaller surface area, meaning it will have less air resistance and the 30cm having a bigger surface area, meaning there will be more air resistance.t the slowest.
