The Cooking Bus

This week the cooking bus came to Clydach and our school went on it to make some nice food.The first group (our group) made barabrith and Caerphilly salad. Richard helped us make the babrith and Janye helped us to make the carphilly salad. The smell of the food was lovely and the taste was delicious. 

When we were making the barabrith we had to fold the dough then push it and then turn it. This went on for five minutes! When we made the salad we got to cut up lots of fruit and veg with real, sharp knives.We learned a lot on the cooking bus and we really enjoyed our time on it.
